Accidents are promptly identified and recorded through employee and customer reports or detection by the monitoring system. Relevant details are documented, such as the nature of the accident, time and date, location, personnel involved, and other pertinent information.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), application patching procedures, or more comprehensive corrective measures are provided to address incidents and restore affected systems, processes, or services to a normal state. Automation workflows can be deployed as required to ensure business and workflow continuity. Accident documentation and reporting encompass all relevant information, including actions taken, lessons learned, and preventive measures, for future reference.

AgileCore IMP leverages modeling software to enable the manual modeling of building outlines and heights based on image data, CAD floor plans, or captured photos. This allows for the creation of visual representations and management of the park, building exteriors, and layered building models. The platform also provides real-time monitoring and feedback capabilities, delivering timely information about changes in the status of physical entities through sensors and devices connected, facilitating quick decision-making and response. It supports the fast and dynamic real-time update and display of over 100k objects, as well as the rendering of over 100k light sources. The platform supports common application development environments such as .Net, Java, Winform, and also enables the development of iOS and Android applications.

The executive cockpit layout can be customized based on specific needs using a drag-and-drop approach, where each control can be configured with data sources, static data, and data interfaces, allowing for the aggregation and integration of data from different sources, including databases, real-time data streams, and API interfaces. Alongside event alarming and early warning functions, the system can issue alert notifications when data anomalies or predefined warning conditions occur, enabling users to promptly identify and take measures to address potential issues and risks.
