Secondary Architecture Management:

The system adopts a structure with a central server and secondary servers. The central server can authorize changes and temporarily taking control of access devices in branch departments during emergencies.

Dual-personnel Mode:

Two cardholders with valid authorization are required to swipe their cards simultaneously within a specified period to open the door lock, ensuring that at least two people enter the designated area.

Centralized Management:

The system allows for the establishment of an employee database based on departments, enabling regular or real-time collection of access records for each door. Operations such as summarizing, querying, classifying, and printing can be performed based on departments.

Password Protection:

A hierarchical password management system is supported to implement different levels of management privileges, ensuring system security.

Real-time Monitoring:

The system allows for real-time monitoring of card swiping and access events for all doors. Additionally, it displays the pre-stored photos of the cardholders on the computer, enabling security personnel and individuals to verify the identity of the cardholder.

Door Status Display:

If door magnetic signal lines are installed, the system can monitor the door’s opening/closing status and set the door-opening time. If the door remains open for longer than the preset time, a prolonged door-opening alarm is triggered.

Alarm:

The system supports 255 alarm priorities, including alarms for invalid access cards, anti-passback, prolonged door-opening, tampering, and duress situations.

User Password and Multi-card Opening:

In addition to using cards for access, the system also supports dual security functionality by using card readers with passwords for card and password authentication. It is also possible to set up multi-card access, requiring multiple cards to be swiped to open the door.

Door Interlock:

The access control software enables interlocking between doors, meaning that when one door is open, the other door remains locked and cannot be opened.

Force Door Closure and Opening:

Certain doors can be set to remain constantly open or closed through software settings, and specific door closure operations can be performed at designated times.

Interface Locking:

When the operator leaves their workstation, the interface can be locked to prevent others from accessing and operating the software.

Remote Door Opening:

Administrators can remotely open a specific door by using the “Remote Door Opening” button on the software interface, following instructions received.

Emergency Door Opening:

Upon receiving a fire switch signal, the system can automatically open all doors under the control of the expansion board to facilitate evacuation. It can also activate fire alarms and record the time of the fire alarm.

Report Printing:

The system supports printing categorized reports and statistical tables based on selected criteria ranges. It allows for single-page printing and continuous printing, with report data and formats generated by the system.

Platform Integration:

The system provides open interfaces for integration with third-party platforms, enabling data exchange and integration between the access control system and other systems such as human resources management systems and visitor management systems, ensuring data synchronization.
